We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully:

Returns

• Returns are accepted only for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags and packaging intact.
• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Items that are customized, altered, or on clearance/sale are not eligible for return unless defective.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective/damaged products, subject to stock availability.
• If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes a quality check.
• Approved refunds will be credited within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Product

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used, washed, or altered garments
• Items without original tags/packaging
• Sale/discounted items (unless defective)
