Return and Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Return
- Return requests allowed within 2 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, original condition, with all tags/labels intact.
- Subject to quality control approval.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear and Accessories
- Personalized/Customized Products
- Clearance/Final Sale items
3. Refund Methods & Charges
a) Lagorii Wallet (Store Credits)
- ₹175 deduction per item
- Non-expiring credits added within 48 hours post quality check
b) Bank Account / UPI Refunds
- Returns for products under ₹5,000 will have a ₹199 deduction per item.
- For products ₹5,000 or more, a ₹299 deduction per item will apply.
- Processed within 10-15 business days after QC
c) Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refunds only as Olecuzi Wallet store credits
4. International Orders
- No reverse pickup outside India
- Customers must self-ship to Olecuzi warehouse
- Refunds can be store credits or original payment refund, as chosen by customer
- Order cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee
5. General Conditions
- Return charges apply per item (not per order)
- Shipping charges & payment gateway fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed only after quality check approval
- Orders paid using a gift card are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method.
- No direct exchanges → customer must place a new order
- For order cancellations made before dispatch, a 2% bank processing fee will apply.
- After dispatch, a cancellation fee of ₹149 will be applicable.
